"After two years of fruitless search, my wife and I decided we could not match the advantages of our location. So, we decided to do an extensive remodel of our present home of 28 years adding the entire spacious second floor. This project took two years from architects plans to finished product.
Less than a year later, my wife had an accident and sustained a major injury to her hip. Stairways were no longer possible so the decision was made. We would install an elevator. Our remodel Contractor felt this was not something he could do. In fact, the first elevator Company for a PVE system told us it was not feasible. Luckily, the second candidate we contacted had worked previously with Mr. Kagan. After short inspection, and review of our architectural plans, Victor said “not easy, but we can do it”.
We spoke with owners who had previously dealt with Victor and his team and they showed us their completed projects. At that point, we knew they could do it.
Over the course of three months, having to deal with structural problems, specific to our remodel and correction of several problems left by the previous remodelers, Victor's team and their subcontractors did a fantastic, almost artistic job. When the PVE company came to do the actual elevator installation they were pleased. The installation job was completed in a day and a half!

His team worked efficiently, managed not to disrupt our living in the house while they did his work, and most of all, did all work to the highest level of expertise. "Victor and his Boyl Works team planned, designed, and executed complex structural modification of my house for the installation of a 3-floor Pneumatic Vacuum Elevator for me.
Their work was meticulous and precise, including three floor/ceiling penetrations and a unique design to house the head of the elevator in the attic space. Victor redesigned the area around the elevator, taking down walls, moving electricals and phone lines. With the help of subcontractors he took an (ugly) carpeted staircase and hall and made them into a hardwood centerpiece for my house with beautiful handrails and balusters. He also replaced my back door with french doors.
